Every training plan begins with a one-to-one consult. This is where I learn about you: your goals, your body , your lifestyle and your training history. It’s an opportunity to make sure we’re aligned and to build a plan that works for you.
Initial Consult
60 mins - £75
Choose from in-person or via Zoom. We’ll cover:

Private Studio Sessions
60 mins - £65
Train one-to-one in a fully-equipped studio featuring both strength and Pilates equipment, including the Balanced Body reformer and Wundachair and Mirafit squat rack. With real-time feedback and expert adjustments you'll move better, get stronger and feel great!

Private Online Sessions
45 mins - £45
No travel, no hassle—expert coaching, wherever you are. These live Zoom sessions deliver all the benefits of in-person training, with real-time feedback, technique adjustments and ongoing motivation to help you stay consistent, supported and making progress from anywhere.
